Emile Raes - Kruisweg

Kapel Paters Dominicanen, Sparrendreef, Het Zoute

About the statue:

Emile Raes - Kruisweg

The peculiar wooden Stations of the Cross were something revolutionary at that time. The 14 stations are cut in wooden blocks and only depict hands and faces. Exactly that gives it a special expression.

Purchased in 1948
